While human lives have somewhere stopped in a hope of the betterment of the current pandemic situation, there’s a living nature in which the others creatures are on their respective routes towards growth. Similarly, we will also trace the locations of our success, love, peace and contentment by having faith in our positive and uplifting beliefs.
Here are some pictures which I collected from a nearby field.
The arriving summer and the aroma of delicious mangoes complement each other. Consumption of aam-panna, made from raw mangoes is the best way to keep oneself hydrated in the scorching sun. The ripe mangoes are world famous for it’s delicious taste, the unripe mangoes are also beneficial for health. They are rich in Vitamin A, E and C, calcium and magnesium. They relieve in stomach problems like ingestion, bloating, detoxification of liver, increase in production of bile secretion and enhances the hormonal system.
India is the largest producer of mangoes and contributes to about 50% of world’s total production. Out of the 500 varieties of mango, Alphonso is referred to as “King of Mango” because of its exotic taste and texture. The variety is mainly grown in the regions of Maharashtra.
The same day, a year ago I started this blog based on nature as a pastime. I captured herbs, blossoms and artistic sunsets which somehow made me feel refreshing. I clicked them all and started them sharing here.
This day is an important one as I wasn’t expecting that I would even come this long on WordPress, as I had shortage of content but, anyhow I have reached here only because of your kind support and encouragement.
During this one year journey, my blog was awarded with, GAMBA Blogging Award, which encouraged me to use my blog to spread peace among WordPress community and contribute to environment conservation. After this, I started sharing articles on environment, people and science, writing them seemed fascinating to me so, I continued writing more.
Another thing that I want to say is that, I gained a lot of scientific and moral knowledge while searching content for this blog. Thus, my blog doesn’t only help me to improve writing skills but, it also helped me to learn more in field of science.
The main objective of my blog is to spread good vibes among reader and for my personal development, to build a better sense of belongingness with the world.
Overall, I enjoyed starting this blog and sharing my thoughts with my WordPress family. Thank you so much for being so encouraging and supporting.❤
We, the human beings. We feel. We love. We struggle. We communicate. We inspire.
I believe that the people around us are a source of great encouragement and motivation so, today’s post is about some people from my circle to make this day special.
Nandinee Sarkar, Singer
Nandinee learned music from her mother, by singing with her and by listening to her when she taught music to children.
During initial days at school, her classmates already had their specific groups and she faced difficulty in making friends. But, by participating in singing competitions, she gathered a lots of appreciation from her teachers and classmates (who also made her good friend). Besides her higher education, she kept on creating a supportive circle of singers around her and kept on winning hearts through soulful voice.
She says that singing is her alternative career option as there’s lack of stability in the music industry but, she is giving her best to let the world know her amazing talent. She is also looking for opportunities to take part in reality shows.
“When I was six years old I used to accompany my sisters in dance, and by learning from them, I started taking part in dance competitions in school. My teachers, classmates and seniors appreciated my skills. Later on, I got very much inclined towards painting. My drawing teacher had a major role in this because she encouraged me and supported me alot to refine my art. She treated me like her daughter and I felt blessed to have her in my life. At that time, I was struggling a lot while making bonds with my friends but, through painting, I gained confidence and a comfort zone in it. In standard six itself, I participated in All India Painting Competition on the theme “Save Water” organized by Water Commission of India. Luckily, I got selected with fifty other talented participants and we went to Lucknow for the second round. I was selected in top 10 participants and it was a proud moment for me and my parents, who were there with me. I still paint…but, there is no excitement for rewards anymore. The outcome itself is a reward. I love holding this power by which I can express my perspective through sketching and colouring , singing and dancing.”
“Art was something I always liked but never got that opportunity to fully focus on it, and give it all my time. But thanks to Lockdown, due to which I got ample time to focus on my hobby / passion. Earlier when I was probably in 2nd /3rd standard, I started pursuing Art classes but then left it since I wasn’t able to balance between it and my studies. After that I used to only draw wherever it was needed in my school curriculum but not for my own pleasure. But since may 2020, I started exploring different artforms like Mandalaz Watercolor, Pencil Sketch,Brush Calligraphy , Madhubani painting. Hoping to explore more slowly. I now know what my hobby is. Earlier I didn’t have any particular one. So I’m happy about the thing that I now create artworks for myself, for my happiness. Thank you 😊❤️”
She shares her lovely art works and tutorials here.

The sound of nature- the birds song, the flowing waterfall, the rainforests sounds….you could imagine them in your head as the words appear in front of you!!
And recalling the times when you were away from the crowd and anthropogenic activities creates a series of refreshing scenarios.
In the present time, when one is surrounded with the smoky industries, heavy traffic sounds and huge buildings around, these things adversely affects the behavior, physiology and fitness of human beings. Thus, there is a need of spending some time in the fresh air to let our inner soul breathe in peace.
Advantage of Natural Sound
According to the latest scientific research, the natural sound changes the behaviour of synapse (which joins neurons with each other for transmission of electrical signals from our body parts to brain and vice versa) because of which the nervous connection across the body improves.
Moroever, the natural sound decreases the sympathetic responses and increases the parasympathetic responses responsible for regulation of unconscious activities like digestion, breathing etc thus, enabling the natural nervous control of body.
The natural sounds
Impart positive vibes.
Enhance focus and concentration of individual.
Create moment of peace.
Application of Natural Sound
By mixing live instruments and natural sounds sleep and music for meditation has been created to produce a sense of being close to nature, improve sleeping patterns and for effective meditation.
Here, I have attached a playlist on natural sounds on spotify. (Ofcouse, you can find much more music there)
The post is about some female members of the species, who are powerful, independent and leading.
1. Lioness are believed to be best at hunting and more active than lions. They are more frequently spotted in groups for hunting in the forests.
2. Orca are the female hunting groups in the marine animals. They are matriarchal and act as leaders for their tribe.
3. Parthenogenesis is the phenomenon of production of young ones from the female gametes without fertilization. This is observed in about 80 taxon of fishes, lizards, reptiles and few birds. These females have capability of giving rise to young ones without their male partner.
I hope you liked this post. Do comment about any other such organisms.
Have you ever wondered🤔 why fireflies flicker? Why does water surface glows in dark? The reason is phenomenon of bioluminescence. Have a read: Bioluminescence is the process through which light is produced and emitted by living organisms. It is generally found in the aquatic marine organisms living in water columns, under deep sea, among corals etc. It also occurs in the fireflies. Scientists believe that bioluminescence could be the most common way of communication on the planet because the phenomenon mostly occurs in deep sea, which occupies the major portion of planet!! They have also discovered that…
Beauty is not mostly about looks rather it’s about one’s nature. It is all those qualities that create good vibes among the people around.
The refreshing sunrise and fading sunset. The bright moon and the twinkling stars. Colourful birds and roaming animals. They all are beauties of Earth.
Kindness, compassion, love, care, humbleness and respect, all these are the beauties of beings. All species have these beauties.
But, think of ourselves what we do is that we create our standards of beauty, the perfect look that one should have. And then, we communicate our irrelevant remarks on the physical appearance of people and make them feel bad. It is better to be a moment of happiness in someone’s life rather than making someone feel bad for how they look.
Tall and short. Slim and fat. Young and old. Colour of skin. These all are the traits which distinguish people from each other. They should not be taken as standards of beauty. Beauty resides in one’s nature and behaviour.
